A rare moment of genius . . .

It's not that often that I impress myself, however, yesterday was one of those times. Over at the Stampotique Designers Challenge blog, the current theme is 'Its' a non traditional Christmas' and we're not to use red or green.


I thought I would use one of my favourite colour combinations, turquoise and pink, that was the easy part! I then thought Joe should make an appearance and of course none other than Moongirl herself!


What is the moment of genius I hear you asking, well it's the tree! It is actually an umbrella, all will become clear below.
Moongirl was shrink plastic'd and Two Sticks heads made the baubles! I managed to successfully hand draw Joe's hat, phew!

  5. Sam you've done brilliantly with this challenge. Not only the gorgeous colours, but with turning the umbrella into the tree. I was thinking I was going to have to search for the tree stamp!!!

  10. You are really a genius!! I never would have guessed the tree was made up of umbrellas! And it sure gave me a giggle when you pointed out the baubles were the Two Sticks heads! Brilliant Sam!
