Iconic Perfect Pairs

This week is Kathi's first time as hostess at Stampotique and for her challenge theme she has chosen 'Perfect Pairs'.
Me being me have only just realised that this theme may have been chosen because it is Valentine's week this week, whoops, I went off on a tangent and thought of Yin and Yang, good and bad that kind of stuff and ended up decorating a wooden icon with an Angel and a Wicked character. They may not be a Perfect Pair but I had great fun and it was marvellous to ink up Head, one of my favourite Stampotique characters. I used acrylic paints and the moulding paste and a mask to for some back ground texture and stamped on on tissue paper so I could reverse his image for the Angel side.
I wasn't happy ending things there and was feeling a little brave to did something a little different on the edges, and decorated them with another perfect pair, black and white. Perhaps I should have called this opposites attract, lol.
The stamps I used are: Head, 2 Nuages, Wicked, Tall Word Collage, Design Cube and Daniel's Tree Topper Large for Angel Head's wings.
I do hope you like it and find time to enter the challenge, you are in with a chance to win $30 to spend at Stampotique if you do!!
Wishing you a perfect day, Sam xxx

Such a wonderful concept of Yin and Yang and opposites attracting and created as always with your fresh, whimsical touch.
So clever using the same image yet creating different characters with it and I love that bold move of the black and white edging.
