Run Rabbit Run!

. . . do you know the song 'Run Rabbit Run' by Flanagan and Allen from the 1930's, here it is if you don't. I'm only 42 so I don't remember it but it's a song I always remember being sung when I was a child and it's stayed with me, this song was the inspiration for this easel ATC made for a swap which was titled 'Sing a Song'.
The stamps I used are:
Blessed Skellie for the flower and
It was great fun to make and this rabbit made it all the way to Canada in just three days so he can run really fast!!
Wishing you a lovely weekend, Sam xxx

  1. Amazing colours Sam and I love the whole idea. Great use of the bunny stamp!

  2. This is just awesome, I don't know the song but I bet it's a great one.

  3. Never seen an easel ATC before, love it a lot! Fantastic images and bright colours, really must get my hands on the Typewriter Alpha set :-) xxx

  4. You are the queen of bright, Sam, and I love this. I know the song too - makes me think of Dads Army.

  5. Well, I was born n 1944, so should have heard this song before, but maybe I was too young, too! In any event, it is a fun song and is perfect for your sentiment on this great card easel card! Love it, Sam!

  6. I wasn't around in the 1930's but like you I remember it as child. I love your easel ATC, the colours are lovely.
    xxx Hazel.

  7. Not around in the 1930s either but I remember that song from my childhood (only a wee bit older than you are Sam).
You actually created this as though that rabbit is about to run off, into the horizon - amazing energy and the most amazing colours - I will be counting rabbits in my sleep.
    'night, 'night

  8. Yes I remember it as a child too Sam and it fits beautifully with your gorgeous project. Love the bright colours and design xx

  9. A great fun rabbit and this one won't be munching my flowers :) Love his tail! It is a fab ATC Sam and rather like the toadstools behind too :)
Hugs to you and Poppy, hope you haven't got too damp xxxxx

  10. Roc's bunny sure looks precious in the wonderful colors you have chosen!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a comment, Sam x
