Mardi Gras . . .

. . . is the theme this week at Stampotique and our lovely hostess is Kathi.
I didn't know a thing about Mardi Gras so it was a case of Google to the rescue.
The colours for Mardi Gras are purple yellow and green with lots of masks and harlequins. February 9th is Mardi Gras day so only 5 days to go! and it means Fat Tuesday!! Well every day is a fat day for me lol.
I made this postcard using the fabulous Angel Squared stamp coloured using Prismacolour pencils. I hand drew his mask and dry embossed the background using distress inks for the colour. I die cut the harlequins and added some coordinated sequins for some party bling.
Wishing you a lovely day. Sam xxx
