Wednesdays are now known as Stampotique Day in my house, it's time for another brilliant challenge, this week our hostess is the lovely Astrid and she is inviting us to use die cuts on our creations. For this beeswax finished ATC I used two dies, both of them Tim designs, Vintage Lace and Tattered Flower Garland. The stamps I used are Paris Postcard for the background, Word Collage for 'vintage', the bird is Little Bird, Lavender Sprig and Floral Swirl for the swirly accents round the outside. It smells lovely because of the beeswax and a few sticky gems add that bit of sparkle.
Here's a card perfect for a winter birthday, using another die by Tim, this time a snowflake die and the stamps used are MervynBoy and again I used the Floral Swirl for the accent flourishes around the edge. This card was inspired by the cover of Stampers Sampler Dec/Jan 2011 as my mojo had by now gone on a walk about!
Hope you like them, thanks for looking!
Wishing you a lovely day, Sam xxx
