Focus On Flowers

The sun is shining and the birds are singing so hopefully some Spring flowers will soon be appearing. Today I would like to share with you another 4inch x 4 inch canvas. For the flowers I have combined 2 images by Stampotique, I can see clearly for the flower eye, and Give the dog a bone for the flower stalk. A few swishes of paint, some bedazzles for a bit of sparkle and some beeswax finishes and 5 petaled flower here and there finishes it off.
By the way this weeks challenge at Stampotique is hosted by lovely Gez and she is inviting us to 'Focus On Flowers' for our creations.

    Now I've got that song 'I can see clearly now the rain has gone' stuck in my mind :) Love this canvas Sam, very spring like - wish it would feel spring like. My feet are freezing and we still have snow lurking up here!!

    Another fabulous canvas Sam! So much going on when you look closely and yet it all goes together and the different elements don't compete with each other they just compliment each other.
